[LM_NET] Transition from School to Public

I've just been offered a position in my community library.  I'll be the
Youth Services/Coordinator of Public Services and "second in command" over a
staff of 10.  I'm open to any advice that those who have transitioned to or
from public libraries are willing to offer.
