[LM_NET] Target: Elem questions for interviewing a new principal

Hello to all,

Our current principal is retiring at the end of this
school year. I'm strongly considering requesting a
place on the interview committee.

What questions would you ask a prospective principal?

I will post a hit if someone else would like the
information.
