I was talking about when I took David (who is now 21) my nephew to
California and another nephew wanted to know why I hadn't taken him to
California. Matthew is 8, the same age David was when I took him. I told
him I would take him this summer.

With David I planned the trip, but Matthew requested that we go to Four
Corners. I said ok. What is in the area that we could visit, Matthew
has been studying the Native Americans in that area and I want to make
the trip special for him. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

We will be going to the Arch in St. Louis. I have to get to AAA to have
them help plan the route. But we will also go to the Grand Canyon, Las
Vegas, staying with my brother in Malibu, then up the coast to San
Francisco, Seattle, the Cascades, Glacier National Park, Glendive,
Montana, Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, Corn Palace, Amana and back to Ohio.
Anything really special along this travel route that Matthew would enjoy
please let me know.

From Southern California to home we will be camping, since Matthew's
older sister will be joining us and she likes camping (at least on this
trip I'll have help with the driving since Abby is 18) so if you have
any good camping sites I would also appreciate them.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
