[LM_NET] Accelerated Reader Survey

Help!  My principal has asked me to compile a survey about Accelerated Reader for 
the staff at the elementary school where I work.  We currently use the Accelerated 
Reader program and she would like to revamp our procedures for next year.  I have 
so many issues with AR that I hardly know where to begin.  I was wondering if any 
of you have done this at your school and if you could give me some ideas, 
suggestions or examples.  You are a great group!  Thanks so much!
