We are a k-5 building and we are setting up a blog for our 5th grade book club and also have a section for book reviews, and so on. I am wondering if we should have the blog open to all or keep it just for school community, which means each student would need a name and password to get in. If you have a blog for elementary students, what has worked for you? Are parents more comfortable if it is a closed group? I am also concerned that I can't edit or remove entries. I know we can state the rules. I would appreciate it if you can share some insight if you are using a blog.
