[LM_NET] LOC subject heading changes

Let me first say... I am not posting this as a topic for discussion.... just
as a way of informing you

IF you keep your subject heading up-to-date (and use LOC subject headings),
note that the following have been changed to:
Handicapped=>People with disabilities
Handicapped children=>Children with disabilities
Physically handicapped=>People with disabilities
Visually handicapped=>People with visual disabilities
etc

If you want to check others, look at
http://authorities.loc.gov  - note, no www

I don't know of a Sears online source.
