[LM_NET] Book: Leapholes by James Grippando...appropriate?

A student donated a copy of "Leapholes" by James Grippando to the library 
today.  I read two reviews on Amazon and was wondering what anyone else thought of 
the book.  What level is it appropriate?  I want to have some backing if I decide 
to decline the book to the parent.  Thanks!
