Hi, Diane Chen makes an excellent point in extrapolating the "danger" of books to information. She states: **If we were to update this, would we phrase it "If information can be helpful, can it be dangerous and should you protect your users?" Ken Haycock in "Foundations for Effective School Library Media Programs" dedicated at least one chapter to extending the intellectual freedom we should be giving to books to online information. Of course, this was well before CIPA....
