[LM_NET] lit circles

I work at an Intermediate High School 9th and 10th grades.  Next year we
are starting literature circles that will work around a theme for our
students who are lower functioning.  I need ideas for themes (i.e.
working through internal conflict), rules for the discussion, ideas to
get them talking, and book ideas.  If anyone can help with any part of
