Our District uploaded the new Destiny (Follett) program in January and we've just recently uploaded their latest upgrades (7.0) to our new system(s). Now we're having some issues with the product. The first being that we cannot login to the system from off campus (remote access---or more precisely, home access for librarians to add information, catalog, run reports, etc.) I know that our district librarian has contacted Follett for assistance, but wondered if this was a local issue or something else. Has anyone else gone through the 7.0 upgrade and had problems with the product? If so, what have you done to correct them?
