[LM_NET] Story found

Hi,
 
Thank you to all who responded.  You are so smart.  A few people wanted a 
hit, so here it is.
 
It is a classic story told by many authors of the woman who wears a ribbon 
around her neck and when the ribbon is taken off her head falls off. 
 
Some suggestions were:
 
In the Dark, Dark Room by Alvin Schwartz
Scary Stories to tell in the Dark by Alvin Schwartz
Tales of the Midnight Hour by Bauer
Adventure of the German Soldier AKA The Black Ribbon AKA The Lady with the 
Velvet Collar by Washington Irving 
The American Book of Tall Tales by Maria Leach
 
The movie might be  The Bride starring Sting.
