[LM_NET] TARGET: Athena barcode error

I am having a problem with Athena by Sagebrush and am wondering if anyone out there 
has some advice. I have never had a problem printing barcodes before, but when I 
went to print a batch today, where the barcode is supposed to be was just the 
barcode number in giant print enclosed by two asterisks. It's like it was showing 
what the barcode reads instead of the barcode itself. Has this happened to anyone 
before? Any suggestions? Apparently my tech support contract with Sagebrush ran out 
three years ago with the previous Media Specialist and I don't know how to fix this.
