Yes, we've been writing about them for almost a year on ResourceShelf!
Michael Hart, the Founder of Project Gutenberg, is involved in the project. Last
July, Gutenberg celebrated 35 years of digitizing books but World eBook Library
is much more than Gutenberg titles.
Their title list grows almost weekly and they had several "book fairs" in 2006.
In fact, just today we learned (and will post on ResourceShelf) that they're
going to have another e-book fair that begins on the 4th of July.
They plan on over 750,000 titles being available.
Book fairs offer access to the entire library free!!!
The price of the service is very low when book fairs are not going on.

Part of the ebrary service. Over 20.000 full text books for free. Pay ONLY to
copy or print a page. Does require a credit card but IT IS Not charged unless
