It does sound interesting, but I'm not looking to relocate. However, I'm interested in Doug's opinion that the pay is pathetic. I live in the simple land of Oklahoma, and I know our cost of living is "sweet." You must possess the following requirements and experience to succeed in this position: * Master's Degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited program. * A minimum of 3 years experience in a pharmaceutical, university medical or corporate library. * Specialization in medical or scientific librarianship and college level biology or chemistry courses is desired. * Certified at minimum at the Regular level by the Medical Library Association's Academy of Health Information Professionals. * Ability to drive or fly to various meetings/client sites; limited overnight.
