I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what I did wrong! I had a group of
4th graders who created a PowerPoint about a recent field trip to Jamestown. We
had two video clips taken with a digital camera that we inserted into the show.
However, when I saved it and tried to play it on a different computer, the
clips won't show up. We've had the same difficulties trying to load it on a
webpage for them to be able to look at from home. Even when the video files are
on the other computer already, they won't play.
Also, one of the clips shows a picture in the slide, while the other shows a
"film" icon. Both will play during the course of the show, but the one that
shows the icon doesn't show an image unless it's clicked or the show plays.
Any ideas how to make this show more usable? The students want to put it on our
field trip webpage and use it during a PTO program.
