Dear Colleagues, My English department chair asked me to help find a workbook the students could use in our college prep high school to help them with research skills. We now use Diana Hacker's book and the MLA Handbook, but she wants something the students can write in so we have some record of their progress in this area. Does anyone have any suggestions for something that might be appropriate? I volunteered to work with the department to create our own, but she first wants to see if we can find something commercial that would serve the need. I will be glad to post the suggestions I receive in case anyone else is interested. Happy New Year to all and good luck with the midterm exam period.
