A friend asked me as an information professional, on behalf of her friend, if I
was familiar with cases of plagiarism regarding dissertations.

Apparently with this specific situation, it involves another person's
dissertation's and largely centers around her table of contents. The
accuser/author of the work is cited within my friend of a friend's dissertation.

Any annecdotes or suggestions on where/how to research this would be appreciated.

  Sincerely,
  Kristina Fallon
