[LM_NET] TARGET: Downsiders & Full Tilt by Shusterman-- Discussion Questions & Author Visit

We are using Downsiders & Full Tilt with a class and with a staff Book
Club in preparation for a visit by Neal Shusterman in May.   Does anyone
have any discussion questions for these titles you would be willing to
share.  Also, if you have had him visit your school and have some great
promotion ideas, I would love to have those too.  Did you preorder
titles from his publisher?  At what discount?  And which titles sold
well?
