Sorry if this is posted twice, but I didn't receive it yesterday from LM_NET, so I'm not sure whether or not it went out. We're in the process of completing our e-rate forms and are having a problem entering the PIN to verify acceptance of the guidelines. The business manager's assistant has called the USAC phone number about this, and has been told that in order for it to work she needs IE 5.0 - she's upgraded to 6.0, so it doesn't work. Has anyone else had the same problem, and if so, did you come up with a work around? I'd like to know how you did it. Please respond to me. Thanks, (Ms.) Murry U.
