Hello, I am working on writing a small grant to build up our Big Book collection.
I have had numerous request for Big Books and I simply don't have the money. In my
grant application, I would like to state the educational reasons and benefits for
purchasing and using Big Books in the classroom.

Does any one have any suggestions on what points to make?

I found an article called "Bring on the Big Books (In the Classroom)." on ERIC but
was unable to access it because of the late date it was written. It sounded like a
great article that might have the needed info - if any one has this article on hand
- I would love to read it!

Thank you, Mindy Meador
