Spocko, an anonymous blogger/media critic has been served with a cease and desist order by ABC Radio (owned by Disney) for posting audio clips of KSFO talk radio shows on his blog. Spocko considers the use of the clips as fair use under copyright. He posted them to notify major advertisers of the content of the programs they are supporting on KSFO. It is an interesting (and maybe scary) story, pitting a lone, non profit blogger against one of the largest media corporations in the world. Spocko is being defended by several organizations, including The Electronic Frontier Foundation.
