[LM_NET] ELEM: Sequel to Phantom Tollbooth?

A 5th grader came to me today asking for the sequel to "Phantom  
Tollbooth". I told her I was not aware of a sequel, but she said her  
and her mom had found it on Amazon.com. So I brought up the Amazon  
page, searched for it, but could not find the book she was looking for.

Did this child really see a sequel? If so, what is the title?  I  
searched for books by Norman Juster, and didn't find anything that  
appeared to be a sequel.
