[LM_NET] HIT: Update states with library listservs

I heard from about ten more states yesterday that have librarian listservs.
People are proud of their states! Here is an update. Also, many people want
to know the names/addresses of their groups. I am in the process of posting
a blog, and this will be a good place to share that info, rather than
emailing me here. When I am up and going, I will announce. Anyway, here is
updated states list and please forgive me if I forgot one. I have tried to
