[LM_NET] Books with a "travel" theme

  Dear Colleagues,
 Once again I ask for your assistance. We are having guest readers as part of our 
PARP celebration. I need to supply some great books to be read to each class. Our 
theme is travel, with the motto: Book an Adventure!  
 I'm looking for read-alouds for K-5 classes, with some type of travel or vehicle 
involved: boats, planes, rockets, skateboards, etc. The books can be fiction or 
non-fiction. In fact, we can even use a Chapter from a longer book if it'll "grab" 
the students.
 I appreciate your collective wisdom!
