[LM_NET] AASL Standards

Hello Monica;

Rest assured that once the new standards are approved there will be an 
implementation plan developed which will assist states in developing correlations 
between these standards and their frameworks or standards. In the meantime, the 
task force that has been working on writing the standards is also working on 
assessment pieces.
