Absolute agreement here.  You make a great case for DYNAMIC standards, as 
well, though here in Maine, we're finally only publishing our SECOND set of 
learning standards ever--and the last set was ten years ago, so I'm not 
sure we could brag that ours are dynamic and regularly updated!

And, as Laura explained, blogging is only ONE of the technology 
communication tools mentioned in that technology standard in MI.

I do think you and I and Laura are on the same page, Deborah, and better 
yet, you made me clarify my thinking for MYSELF in clarifying it for you 
and I am now in love with my new literacy-technology analogy :>  LOL!
