I have multiple requests for a hit on my posting for interactive web sites a 7th
grade teacher could use. Thanks to all who responded!

Not sure if this is what you need/want ... but worth a look:

In Ontario Canada we do Early civilizations in Grade 5. Have a look at
  the
  links on my web site.
  http://edselect.com/grade52.htm
and http://edselect.com/egypt.htm I think they would be suitable for
  your
  group as well.

  Try: www.virtual-egypt.com
There are many different things there including games and virtual
  tours.

Here's what we have on our page:
  Some are interactive, some not:

I am an assistant for a seventh grade class, and the teacher used this web site.
There is a section on pyramids. www.ancientegypt.co.uk/menu.html It is from the
British Museum.

This web site gives several sites. It is from Eduscapes.

  Pyramids and Temples
  Translate Website w/Dictionary

http://www.discoveringegypt. ... r-temp.htm
This interactive site creates a computer-generated reconstruction of
Egyptian pyramids and temples. View pyramid floor plans, paintings,
drawings, and photos

This is copied from an LM-Net post from a couple of years ago. My
daughter is an archaeology student with strong interests in Egyptology.
I remember she had fun with these! Hope they still work (didn't recheck
  them).

The Nova site at PBS.org has a virtual pyramid in This Old Pyramid to
walk = through. My students loved this!
