[LM_NET] TARGET-->picture book shelving

I will be re-designing our grade 1-12 library to be just an elementary
one. We currently have all our picture books in bins. Although our
students seem to like them, most of the library staff doesn't and it IS
difficult to find a misplaced book. What solutions might you have that you
are happy with?
