[LM_NET] OT: Denver

My family (husband, 16 yr. old daughter, myself) will be traveling to Denver this 
summer for the first time.  Any suggestions on restaurants that can't be missed?  
What sights should we definitely see?  We will be there the week of July 4th and 
will be attending the Cherry Creek Arts Festival.  Any information will be greatly 
appreciated.
