[LM_NET] TEXAS ONLY: TCEA Conference and Librarians

I have several questions about the meeting of our Library Special Interest
Group, called LIB SIG, at TCEA. Here are some questions and answers:
1. May I join the group at the meeting? YES, we will have a list of current
members and will just take $10 dues from you at the meeting and add you to
the roll.
2. Must I join to attend and hear the speaker? No, you do not have to join.
And feel free to bring guests who are not librarians but would like to hear
TONI BUZZEO. We would especially like to welcome any administrators who are
attending.
3. What if I just have an exhibits pass? You can still come! If you want you
can join the group or if not, you can still attend.

Questions you did not ask...
1. So why join? You want to join to support our organization. Besides if you
are a member you will get a free book, thus recouping your dues! Also you
are eligible for DOOR PRIZES if you are a member.
2. Ohhh there are DOOR PRIZES? Yes, every member in attendance will get a
free book, compliments of Sam Houston State University Department of Library
Science. There are also some other prizes for which we will have a drawing.
3. If only there were refreshments...Well, THERE ARE!
