I give clear classes a thank you note printed out just for that class with a goofy
picture on it and something like, "Thank you for returning all of your library
books!" I made on Publisher I put in their class name, ie., 3B, 1A, PKA, etc. and
the current date. They love to hang them outside the door of their classroom. It
is something so simple they just love to show off they are clear with the library,
and yes every child counts. It is a class incentive.

I ordered the free bookmarks and make, or get new ones from TLA, shops, etc to pass
out to each student who is clear individually. But they hate to hear, " Mrs.
Soandso, your class is missing out on a happy face by one book? I hope they can
find the book before next week so you can earn a happy face!"
