[LM_NET] TARGET: Can't find post sent in the last month on "Passports for students" Reading!

Dear LM_NET'ers,
I was sure that I had put a posting in a folder on my computer that was about a way 
to encourage students to read
many types of books.   I remember that it included a "Passport for Students"  When 
a student had completed the pages of the travel passport, they got to be part of a 
raffle, I think.  If anyone else tagged that posting and could send it on to me I 
would really appreciate it.
