Hello, I am looking for a rule of thumb or ballpark figure about the number of lost books a library can expect in a school year. I'm also interested in anecdotal information about how many lost books people have experienced in a a year. Please include a percentage per number of students or the size of your school. Also, does anyone know of any professional articles that speak to the issue of lost books? Thanks for your replies. Pamela Rowland Hamilton Elementary N. Kingstown, RI I have always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of library. --Jorge Luis Borges -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
