we were told in our district that posting the passwords ABSOLUTELY is a breach of
the contract with the vendor! we can pass out bookmarks, information letters,
etc., with that information, and we can even have a note on our website with a link
for students/patrons to email us for the passwords, but we CANNOT post them on our
websites.
