Desert Canyon Elementary/Middle School is looking for a full-time
qualified teacher librarian.
The school is located at 10203 E. McDowell Mountain Ranch Road in
Scottsdale (85255). The elementary school and middle school share the
same campus and the library.
School begins Monday, August 13.
The position will include responsibilities for serving both the middle
school and the elementary school. There will also be a full-time library
assistant.
This job will provide an incredible challenge for someone with lots of
energy. The space for the school library is the current Arabian Branch
of the Scottsdale Public Library System. The public library will move to
a new building in early August, leaving the current facility for
full-time school use. The first few months at Desert Canyon will be an
adventure.
