[LM_NET] GEN: Follett scanner suddenly stopped working during inventory!

One of our scanners just stopped reading barcodes. Does anyone have any
quick troubleshooting suggestions? I've not run into this before, but the
scanners are older, so it might just be dead. Thanks for any info!
