[LM_NET] TAR: Specialist Schedule with a late start once a week

Hello all,
I'm hoping you can help me.  We are very likely going to a new schedule
next year that will include a Wednesday morning late start (45 minutes).
We are trying to figure out how to create a specialist schedule with
this added requirement.  Do any of you have a schedule similar to this?
I would love to hear how you solved your scheduling problems.
