I've had the opportunity to spend a week with Maureen Sullivan during
the Texas Library Association's TALL Texans (TALL stands for the
"Texas Accelerated Library Leadership") program last year. (TALL
Texans is a TLA statewide program that provides library leadership
opportunities to librarians within the state of Texas---only 22-26
librarians from different library fields---public, academic, medical,
school, etc.--- are selected to participate each year. The
opportunities for learning, sharing, and understanding yourself and
others is a great experience!)

Maureen Sullivan is AWESOME!! If you have the opportunity to
participate and want to learn about leadership styles, types of
personalities within organizations, and how to work within the library
programs, I'm sure that this program will be a great learning
opportunity for those who participate.
