[LM_NET] GEN: Textbook Tracking Software

Does anyone out there have a tool, a worksheet if you will, of specs and desires 
for ordering and evaluating textbook tracking software programs? (not after you've 
bought one, but as you're evaluating which one to buy) 
Please advise. I do not want to have to reinvent the wheel. Thanks
