[LM_NET] TARGET: Professional Development You Need

I'm (once again) working on a list of professional development
presentation topics to offer during the upcoming school year.  So, I'm
curious to know what are YOUR professional development "needs" this
next year?  What are the topics that you feel need to be addressed,
presented, or introduced?

You may send me a note letting me know what types of programs would be
most beneficial to you / your librarians and I'll post a HIT of the
topics for those who might be interested.
