[LM_NET] Target: Median National Expenditure in collection development

Does anyone know how much is the median national expenditure in school library 
collection development for elementary, middle, and high schools? I am writing a 
report for a project and need those figures. I know is X amount of dollars per 
student but I want to know where to find the exact amount. Does anyone know where I 
can get it? Thanks in advance for any help!
