[LM_NET] TAR: Monitoring printer use by students

We have a huge amount of waste with our printers.  Students at both
elementary and high school have no limits on what they copy, so we often see
page upon page of printed materials from the Internet.  We are looking for
solutions to the problem - whether it be fees, software, etc.  Would you
please share what works in your school?
