[LM_NET] Job Interviews: Elementary vs. Secondary

Hello!  If any of you have interviewed for both elementary and secondary jobs, what 
major differences did you see in interview questions?  I have worked primarily in a 
secondary position, but I have an interview for an elementary librarian. Any advice 
would be greatly appreciated.
