[LM_NET] Author website update

Good morning from snowy Michigan!

I have been updating my author website to include more authors that have
become popular in the last year.

Would you be so kind as to have a look and suggest any authors that I may
have missed.

I am in an elementary school, however, I do have some very high level
readers that enjoy Nancy Farmer!

Thank you to those who purchased my CD of lesson plans. They are ready to
go and will be sent on Monday morning!
