LM_NET Archive



I was sent the following by a retired LMS. I have my opinion, but would 
like to hear from other people, preferable more knowledgeable in 
copyright than me. Please reply off the list and I will post a hit later.

At our church library we have many VHS tapes that have been purchased 
both for children and adults.  There is a member of our church that 
wants to put these on DVD.  He is only interested in doing the adult 
ones, many of which can not be purchased  any longer.  Is this legal?
