Hi everyone,

I have just spoken to two (2) of the AV vendors on our bid list regarding where is
one to even purchase the boxes to convert analog to digital. The response from
each was that a supplier(s) has not even come forward to begin making to be the
boxes. Oh sure, there are possibilities out there , i.e Panasonic, JVC, etc., but
no company has as yet committed to begin production. This seems more than a bit
curious to me given the expected huge demand. All of the articles I have read, now
and in the recent past, all mention the boxes as costing $40.00. How can anyone be
setting a price on these things when they haven't even gone into production as yet,
much less any company commit to their production.

Thoughts and ideas?
