[LM_NET] Off Topic: NEA vs. AFT

I am looking for information on schools/districts who have been NEA
(National Education Association) and then joined AFT (American Federation of
Teachers).  Wanting information as to whether these organizations are
comparable in the services they provide to teachers and their local
organizations.  Good Experiences?  Bad experiences?

I will post a hit if I get some responses.
