[LM_NET] Database evaluation

Greetings,

Does anyone have any experience with the following products, SIRS
Discoverer with Webfind
<http://trials.proquest.com/pqte/cust/trialForward.do?id=743112>  and
elibrary both by Proquest?  I would like to hear from the list about how
these two databases have been used in their schools and how they might
compare to other databases that libraries subscribe to.  We have limited
funds for databases and I am considering one of these.
