[LM_NET] Bring Your Parent To School Day

Oh Wise Ones, I am on our Shared Decision Making Team at our school and next year 
we are planning a Bring Your Parent To School Day / A Day In The Life of Your 
Student. We  want it to be something like a combination of the Take your son or 
daughter to work day  and an open  house type thing?? We are still in the very 
beginning planning stages. My building is grades 3-5. I was wondering if anyone has 
done something similar and what type of things you did and how it was set
