Hello All, We have a student at school that has recently been diagnosed with Bell's Pasly. His reading teacher sent a request for books dealing with this subject. To quote her "[Student] has Bell's Palsy and you can tell he is embarrassed about it. Is there anything you might have in your resources to help him with this? I don't know how much he knows, and I certainly don't want him to get more upset. Do we have anything--I really doubt if there is any fiction book about this specific problem in a child. . .but you never know." I checked our catalog and the only books we have deal with Cerebal Palsy; I also checked the catalog of the neighboring county and received the same results. Does anyone have any suggestions for us. I would love to be able to find something for this young man. Just so you'll know, he is an 8th grader.
